This notice supplements the DAW Nation Privacy Policy. It identifies material service providers and tracking categories used by MUSIC AND STUFF, LLC d/b/a DAW Nation. It is maintained separately so technical changes can be recorded without rewriting the core Privacy Policy.

A provider may process information in several countries and may act as DAW Nation's service provider for some functions and as an independent business for others. Its own privacy notice provides additional information.

DAW Nation function: Optional community server and community communications

K) Apple Numbers and locally controlled accounting records
DAW Nation function: Quarterly transaction reconciliation and partner/revenue accounting; Apple receives the file only if an Apple sync or cloud feature is used

2. OTHER OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS

DAW Nation also uses locally controlled storage, external drives, Time Machine backups, and internal project-management or file-storage tools for business files, course masters, creative assets, contracts, marketing materials, and backups. Based on the current data map, DAW Nation does not intentionally export full payment-card information or broad customer profiles into those systems.

Limited personal information may appear in ordinary business communications, contracts, support materials, accounting records, or files created to administer a specific relationship. Access should be limited to people who need the information.



3. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The exact cookie names and expiration periods can change when ClickFunnels or another provider updates its technology. The controlling distinction is the purpose for which the technology operates.

3.1 Strictly necessary

These technologies support account login, checkout, fraud prevention, security, load balancing, form operation, Product access, and essential preferences. Blocking them may prevent the Services from working.

Current systems likely involved: ClickFunnels, payment providers, and security or infrastructure functions embedded by those providers.

3.2 Functional

These technologies remember nonessential settings, support media or interface features, and improve convenience.

Current systems potentially involved: ClickFunnels and embedded content or media tools.

3.3 Analytics

These technologies help DAW Nation understand visits, page and funnel performance, traffic sources, events, errors, and Product engagement.

Currently identified: Google Analytics 4 and ClickFunnels analytics.

3.4 Advertising and attribution

These technologies measure advertising, associate conversions with campaigns, limit or personalize advertising where configured, and build or measure audiences.

Currently identified: Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Their configuration and presence may vary by page and campaign.

Not currently confirmed as active: Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, or other advertising networks. They should be added here only when implementation is verified.



4. COOKIE CHOICES

Cookie choices depend on the technology, browser or device, and location. Where DAW Nation presents a cookie preference tool, visitors may use it to make or change the choices available through that tool.

Visitors may also use browser or device controls. Those controls may not prevent every form of measurement and may cause portions of the Services to function incorrectly.
